SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS


Below you will find our information regarding product preparation times, delivery times for your orders and shipping costs, as well as the payment methods we have available.

 

PRODUCT PREPARATION

 

Given our varied catalogue, some products take longer than others to be produced and/or prepared. As such, we present below the indicative handling times for preparing orders:

- Orders for standard products (without customization): 2-4 business days.
- Orders of embroidered (personalized) products: 3-4 working days.
- Orders of Restaurant Textiles: 5-8 working days.
- Orders of Hotel Textiles: 10-20 working days.

- Orders of Hotel Beds and Mattresses: 10-15 working days.

 

 

DELIVERY OF ORDERS

 

MAINLAND PORTUGAL
After the production/preparation of the order, you will receive it between 24H to 48H in Mainland Portugal.


AZORES AND MADEIRA ISLANDS - BOAT DELIVERY

After the production/preparation of the order, you will receive it in 3 to 6 (working) days in Madeira and 7 to 15 (working) days in the Azores.


EUROPEAN COMMUNITY

After the production/preparation of the order, you will receive it in:
- STANDARD service - between 3 to 8 working days.
- EXPRESS Service - between 2 to 4 working days.


OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY

After the production/preparation of the order, you will receive it in:
- STANDARD service - between 4 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
- EXPRESS Service - between 2 to 5 working days, depending on the destination.

 

Normally our products are not subject to customs duties outside the European Community, however, taking into account the changes made by customs around the world, BestGift is not responsible for any additional customs fees that may exist outside the European Community.

 


Note: Order delivery times are estimated. Any delays in delivery will always be the responsibility of the transport operator and not BestGift.
If there is any delay in delivery, please contact us so that we can request clarification from the carrier.

 

 

 

SHIPPING COSTS

 

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our system and depend on the following factors:

- Actual or volumetric weight of the order (whichever is higher);
- Carrier tariffs, which undergo periodic updates.

 

 

PAYMENT METHODS

 

MBWAY

After receiving an email confirming your order, you will receive a code on your mobile phone for validation.


PAYPAL

After validating your order, you can make your payment through a link to the PayPal page, using your credit card or your PayPal account.


CREDIT CARD

After receiving an email with the validation of your order, you will receive an email to access the payment area where you must make the payment.


PAYMENT THROUGH SERVICES (ATM)

After receiving an email with the validation of your order, you will receive an email with the data to proceed with the "Payment of Services/Purchases" in the total amount of the order, simply going to the nearest ATM, or making the homebanking operation.


BANK TRANSFER

After receiving an email confirming your order, you can pay for your order by bank transfer.
